SignArt is a full service sign company that provides surveys, permit due diligence, project management, design, fabrication and installation services. We are a U.L. certified manufacturer of electric illuminated signs with an in house neon shop. Our major business lines include financial brand identity, retail brand identity and custom architectural way finding programs. We conduct business nationally in the Continental United States with a major presence in the southeast from Maryland to Florida.
Design Services
SignArt has an in house art department that provides sales proposal drawings and technical shop drawings and pattern art for fabrication purposes. Our sales proposal drawings are considered design intent drawings showing minimal fabrication details. The technical shop drawings are usually provided after a contract has been agreed upon and this drawing is used as the contract document that specifies everything from metal thicknesses, fastener devices, fastening techniques, colors, light sources, electrical components and installation mounting details.
Sign Fabrication Services
SignArt has the capability to fabricate all of our signs in house. We use quality materials and we use the best industry practices in the fabrication process. For quality assurance all products are inspected at every stage of the process during and after fabrication by our Project Managers and Production Management team along with the Craftsmen who actually build the signs.

Installing a sign the proper way is just as important as the fabrication of the sign. SignArt has a fleet of late model crane trucks, bucket trucks, service vans and pick up trucks used in the field to transport and install all types of signs. Our experienced field technicians are very knowledgeable and can manage most any type of installation, anything from border neon to eighteen foot tall lighted letters mounted on a high rise building.
We prefer to manage installations with our own field technicians. Exceptions can be made to use sub-contract installers when it is a financial advantage for you, our partner in business. We have access to a Nationwide Network of professional prequalified sub-contract installers to assist us when necessary.
